A precise first note makes it easier to understand the scope, urgency and kind of design judgement required. A sketch, screenshot or rough model is enough to start the conversation.
Design intent and available geometry
Images, sketches, references, massing studies, Rhino or Revit models, CAD, PDFs and rough diagrams are all useful.
What needs resolving
Design identity, control geometry, pattern systems, panelization, rationalization options, workflows or an independent review.
Confidentiality requirements
